Fred is a 25-year USPTA Elite Professional, a title held by less than 10 percent of tennis insiders and has authored curriculum’s that have been adopted by USPTA and USTA. Fred has used his extensive experience with lifetime sport facilities to create a unique skill set that enables him to know exactly what a club is lacking, and what a club needs. Fred is considered one of the golf, tennis, swim, and fitness industry’s top club consultants and has found success with facilities in transition.
Layman has experience in all aspects of Country Club Management including food and beverage, golf course maintenance, housing development, design, pro shop management, facility promotion and HR, programming, inter-club as well as marketing and sales maximization. He is an outstanding team motivator, proving his ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
